This week, a the gorgeous Rachel Bilson showed off a range of lovely outfits, going from sweet to tough to sexy; something that landed her three places on the list. Another style icon, Nicole Richie, achieved quite high rankings, while a certain Italian fashion queen came got one of the highest scores after her outfit at the Balenciaga show this week.
